The Training Mode of Transportation

Mode.png

And thou shalt remember all the way which the LORD thy God led thee these forty years in the wilderness, to humble thee, and to prove thee, to know what was in thine heart, to know whether or not thou would keep his commandments. Deuteronomy 8:2

The vehicle (method) used to transport each of us through the night season of preparation can come in many forms. The vehicle God used to prove and test the Children of Israel was the 40-year journey in the wilderness. The wilderness (their night season of testing) would try their faith, test their humility, reveal their true heart for God and prove whether or not they would keep His commands.

Some of you may experience the mode of transportation as an attack on your health, adversity on your job, a family crisis with various attacks against your family members, loss of a job, the death of a loved one, incarceration, homelessness or substance addiction, abuse and recovery.

Some of you may experience the mode of transportation as challenges in school, marital problems, separation, divorce, financial crisis, physical abuse, emotional abuse, sexual abuse, neglect, mental health issues, personal identity crisis, and sadly, some through church hurts and disappointments. Whatever the circumstance, remember God knows what you are able to bear and what it takes to prepare you to be a vessel of honor ready for the master’s use.
